Wiener Klassik

An evening of concert music devoted to the Viennese Classical period, opening with Rossini's Overture to the opera "The Barber of Seville". Full of temperament and musical wit, it leads straight into the sound world of the late 18th century. The centrepiece, however, is Mozart's heavenly Concerto for Flute and Harp in C major.
