Jauchzet, frohlocket!

For many, the four timpani strokes from the opening chorus of the “Christmas Oratorio” are a signal: Christmas is coming. Now I feel that childlike anticipation, that tingling. Now I surrender completely to this wonderful music, to hear the familiar story anew with wonder.
