Noord Nederlands Orkest en Truls Mørk

A cello concerto with Oriental fairy tales and sharp edges. Eivind Gullberg Jensen is both chief conductor and tour guide at this concert, as the programme covers five very different countries. Ancient Persia rises up in Maurice Ravel's overture Shéhérazade, inspired by tales from One Thousand and One Nights.
