Noord Nederlands Orkest en Arabella Steinbacher

Fairy-tale sounds and lyricism in Dvořák's Eighth Symphony. Whoever likes to imagine something while listening to music will see a great deal during this concert. This Midnight Hour by Anna Clyne is a fairy-tale orchestral piece that seems to come from a fantasy film. Set against it is Vasks' hushed Lonely Angel, in which a solo violin wanders through a dreamy soundscape.
