Of Ode to Joy, Dissonance and Veneration
Homage, remembrance and artistic references shape this programme, which brings together works that respond musically to models, losses and formative impulses. As a contribution to the Musikverein festival "Kult! Beethovens Sargschlüssel", the different works form a multifaceted picture of compositional gestures of remembrance and reference.
