Ensemble Resonanz & Guests

A story of friendship and betrayal, violence and condemnation, through to crucifixion and violent death. Ensemble Resonanz places itself in the heated centre of Bach’s St John Passion and presents its own intimate version for chamber ensemble. The notes remain unchanged, but the great turba chorus is omitted.
