Lucia di Lammermoor

Regula Mühlemann's debut in Donizetti's masterpiece Lucia loves the sworn enemy of her family and becomes a pawn of male power interests. Trapped in a net of clan rivalry and family honour, the young woman is married against her will. Her rebellion culminates in one of the most virtuosic arias in operatic history, accompanied by the otherworldly sounds of the glass harmonica.
