In chamber music, everything begins with choosing the right partners. The connection within the Amelio Trio came about rather by chance: in 2012, Johanna Schubert, Merle Geißler and Philipp Kirchner found one another for "Jugend musiziert". At the time they were still teenagers. The arrangement proved a stroke of luck.
