Lang Lang

Two masterpieces by Ludwig van Beethoven and three outstanding performers in one concert: that can hardly be surpassed! For the grand finale of their artist portrait in the 2026/2027 season, Andris Nelsons and the Gewandhaus Orchestra have brought not only the star pianist Lang Lang, but also the heroic Fifth Piano Concerto by the classic who died 200 years ago, along with his tone-painting Sixth Symphony.
