Mahler "Auf­erstehungs­sinfonie"

"Auferstehn, ja, auferstehn": The opening of an ode by Friedrich Klopstock gave Gustav Mahler's Second Symphony its name. Symphony and cantata in one, it calls for 120 orchestral musicians, one or two vocal soloists and a huge choir, which is why the WDR Rundfunkchor is reinforced here by the Rundfunkchor Berlin.
