Valerius Ensemble – Oude meesters in nieuwe kleuren

Five wind players from the Valerius Ensemble show how thrilling Baroque music can be when arranged for wind quintet. Rameau wrote a large number of short harpsichord pieces with catchy titles such as ‘The Conversation of the Birds’ or ‘The Whirlwinds’. They can be heard in these at least as whirling arrangements by Nakawaga.
