Martin String Quartet

Four musicians, one sound. The Martin String Quartet shows how four individual voices blend into a close-knit whole. You hear how tension and harmony constantly alternate. In this programme they explore the string quartet in all its forms: from the layered, sometimes rough sound world of Gubaidulina to the clear lines of Bach, from the personal music of cellist Ori Ron to the joy and playfulness of Beethoven.
