Nathalia Milstein & Friends - Pianokwartetten van Mendelssohn & Dvorák - Artist in residence

Pianist Nathalia Milstein, together with her musical friends including cellist Ella van Poucke, brings an evening full of sumptuous chamber music and inspired ensemble playing. Schubert and Mendelssohn show how early true masters reveal themselves. In Schubert's String Trio D 471 and Mendelssohn's Second Piano Quartet the clear classical world of Mozart still resonates, while both composers already strike their own mature tone unmistakably.
