Combattimento - J.S. Bach meets Graaf Unico Wilhelm van Wassenaer - Oude Muziek

Imagine a fictional encounter between Johann Sebastian Bach and the Dutch count Unico Wilhelm van Wassenaer. What would have sounded if these two Baroque spirits had met musically? Combattimento brings this imaginary concert to life in a programme in which Van Wassenaer's Concerti armonici and Bach's concertos for strings twine around each other like Baroque garlands.
