Revolta – Schostakowitsch meets Hip-Hop-Moves

With "Revolta", the Geneva Camerata presents a spectacular fusion of classical music and urban dance. Under the direction of David Greilsammer, the orchestra, which plays from memory, meets the pulsating world of krump – an energetic hip-hop style from Los Angeles. Shostakovich's mighty Fifth meets the raw energy of dance: an evening on which music and movement blaze together – uncompromising, alert, immediate.
