Kirill Gerstein

Kirill Gerstein is one of the most versatile pianists of our time. In the Beethoven series of the Klavier-Festival Ruhr, he performs two of the composer’s most popular piano concertos: the dramatic Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor and the poetic Fourth Concerto. Together with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, this evening shows Beethoven’s pianism in its full range.
