Klavierabend Hélène Grimaud

A life devoted to musical work and the piano: with true passion and poetic expression, the pianist Hélène Grimaud dedicates herself to her instrument. In her piano recital at the Konzerthaus Dortmund she impressively presents two late works by two composers in which the theme of "farewell" plays a major role: Ludwig van Beethoven's Piano Sonata Op. 111 and Franz Schubert's Sonata D 960.
