Menschen & Geschichte

To mark its 15th orchestral anniversary, the Camerata Louis Spohr presents a resonant programme with which it wishes to commemorate and honour two of the most important figures in Düsseldorf on their 100th birthdays: Udo van Meeteren (1926–2024) and Walter Brune (1926–2021). Regrettably, this concert is expected to be the ensemble's last at the Tonhalle, as it is no longer able to bear the financial challenges.
