Harp and percussion? This is certainly not the first combination of instruments one thinks of for a chamber concert. The musicians in this palace show how well the instruments nevertheless harmonise. In de Falla's compositions the harp shows its percussive side, and in Broughton's music you can let yourself fall into gentle, enveloping vibraphone sounds.
