With the alchemical visions of late antiquity as its compass, the music follows a ritual of visions in which the protagonist, Soror Aurum, finds herself. The result is an idiosyncratic fusion of influences, from Fields of the Nephilim and Tigran Hamasyan to Bang on a Can and Michael Gordon.
