Ivo Pogorelich

A piano lion who plays on the cutting edge. The Croatian pianist Ivo Pogorelich follows his own path. Time and again he gives a new, refreshing twist to age-old piano classics. His lionhearted courage and virtuosity are beyond dispute. Here too he weaves boldly through centuries of piano music, from Bach and Brahms to Ravel and Beethoven's intense final sonata.
