Nederlands Blazers Ensemble

The Nederlands Blazers Ensemble shows its most classical side with works by Strauss and Schoenberg. Though, to be fair, it is not quite so traditional after all. From the string sextet Verklärte Nacht comes a richly glowing wind version, with a new translation by the Flemish poet Maud Vanhauwaert.
