To celebrate Philip Glass's ninetieth birthday, The DOMNIQ Group presents a new interpretation of Águas da Amazônia. In this full-evening musical narrative, marimbas, balafon, flutes, viola, electronics and self-built instruments come together. Written by the minimalist great Philip Glass for a Brazilian ensemble, Águas da Amazônia blends various local percussion colours and stirring rhythms with his characteristic style.
