Herreweghe 80

The Belgian conductor Philippe Herreweghe is a defining figure in the historically informed performance of early music. His exceptional sensitivity as an artist is shown by the fact that, even at a young age, he earned the recognition of such fellow musicians as Gustav Leonhardt and Nikolaus Harnoncourt.
