García Márquez Centenary

In one of the most special concerts of the season at L'Auditori, the BMB celebrates the centenary of Gabriel García Márquez, with narration by Francesc Orella and direction by José R. Pascual-Vilaplana. The multidisciplinary, cross-cutting event opens with the performance of Sensemayá (1937), a symphonic work based on a poem, which evokes the force of the spirit of civilisations best connected with nature.
