Happy Birthday Philip Glass & John Adams
A visceral feast for the senses, this programme pushes the boundaries of musical imagination through the mastery of two important American composers. Jing Wang, Concertmaster of the HK Phil, takes centre stage for Glass’s The American Four Seasons, an evocative work that invites listeners to interpret the seasons through their own imagination.
