Quartet Series: Absalon Quartet

This young Nordic ensemble, with members from Norway, Sweden and Denmark, has made a strong impression in recent years, including as prize winners at the Trondheim International Chamber Music Competition in 2025. For the Quartet Series they have chosen Haydn Op. 50 No. 5, György Kurtág's Officium breve in memoriam Andreae Szervánszky, Op. 28, and Felix Mendelssohn's String Quartet Op. 13.
