NOSPR Chamber Music / May Diversions

The programme of this concert is devoted to light-hearted, one might even say entertaining, music. We know Jean Sibelius chiefly as the composer of large-scale symphonic works, yet he also wrote charming miniatures such as the Impromptu for strings, a compilation of two short piano pieces.
