William Youn

Known for his thoughtful and inventive programming, pianist William Youn opens his recital with two works that span 400 years of music history—yet share a common theme. He juxtaposes these with Schubert’s unfinished “Reliquie” Sonata and a selection from Reynaldo Hahn’s Le Rossignol éperdu, a cycle of 53 short “musical poems” published in 1913.
