School concert: “The Carnival of the Animals”

Lions roar, elephants dance, hens cluck, tortoises plod and swans glide across the stage. Camille Saint-Saëns’s Carnival of the Animals brings the animal kingdom vividly to life in music. Even prehistoric fossils and a cheeky cuckoo join the fun.
